Course Details
In this course, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to design, install, and configure a private cloud. You will learn how to configure and deploy the application infrastructure as well as the key components of System Center 2012 that are necessary for managing services on the private cloud infrastructure.
You will cover the requirements needed to produce a high-level design for the private cloud environment. Through hands-on practice, you will configure and deploy the application infrastructure, as well as learn how to configure a pre-boot execution environment (PXE) server, an update server, and software update baseline. You will learn how to configure a service catalog and publish this catalog to the self-service portal. You will cover what is required to deploy and configure System Center 2012 – Data Protection Manager (DPM) and Orchestrator in a private cloud.
