Some of you may ask “why is it so important to have Cisco training conducted by a CCSI?”, well Certified Cisco Systems Instructors (CCSIs) must pass a rigorous instructor certification process, have deep technical and industry knowledge and are held to the highest Cisco standards of quality. Being a CCSI indicates that the instructor has successfully passed two types of Cisco exams to become certified: A full-day of communication skills (min score to pass is 85%) with only three mistakes in front of audience of Cisco Technology Experts are accepted and the second day is a lab that is 200% of what happens in class. Satisfaction Guaranteed: Our approach to technical training is not information output but depth learning. We understand that mastering these technologies can be difficult; therefore, students have the option to audit the same course free, if needed within a month of completion of the original curriculum, based on seat availability and a three-day advance reservation. No additional books or other supplies will be furnished

Course Registration: Students may register for courses online or by phone or by E-Mail.

Accepted Methods of Payment: HBFITES accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Corporate Checks. All necessary payment information is to be received at least 15 business days before the start date of class, or upon registration, whichever is later. Students unable to provide payment information upon registration will be given a tentative seat in the class but risk losing their seat in the course.
Students outside the INDIA must pay by credit card–those funds will be converted to the local currency by your credit card company. Corporate checks must be received before the start of class.

Fees: The registration fee covers course tuition and all course materials for a Package Training Program. For some offers, course materials are not covered. Please contact your training advisor on the coverage of course material.  

Cancellation Policy: All requests to change a registration must be in writing via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. If it is within 20 days of the start of the class, students can only reschedule.

HBFITES reserve the right to cancel a course for any reason more than 14 days before the start of the class. Liability is limited to the registration fee only.

Guaranteed To Run Courses: HBFITES has a published list of sessions marked as “Guaranteed To Run” that appear on scheduled course listings as well as denoted throughout the HBFITES website with a check mark. HBFITES reserves the right to remove a session from the “Guaranteed To Run” list if it is currently more than 30 days from the course start date. If one of the classes denoted as "Guaranteed to Run" is still listed on our schedule less than 30 days prior to the start date, the class will not be cancelled. HBFITES reserves the right however, to change the schedule of a guaranteed class if prevented from delivering the class by causes beyond our control such as but not limited to: labor disputes, civil commotion, war, governmental regulations or controls, casualty, inability to obtain materials or services or Acts of God. If HBFITES is forced to change the schedule, HBFITES will reschedule the class to run within a reasonable period of time.

Withdrawals: Students may withdraw a registration up to 21 business days before the scheduled start date of the class without penalty by submitting a written notice via email to info@hbfites.comor faxed to us at +91-80-42114114. All registration fees are forfeited if students withdraw fewer than 21 business days before the class - at that time students must reschedule.

Rescheduling: Students may reschedule a registration up to 15 business days before the scheduled start date without penalty. Rescheduling will be defined as transferring registration to the same course on a different date, or transferring to another course of equal or lesser value up to 6 months from the original course start date.
If a student reschedules fewer than 15 business days before the class, or reschedules for a second time, the entire original course fee will be forfeited. An additional course fee will be required for the new registration.

Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class. All substitutions must be submitted in writing to info@hbfites.comor faxed to us at +91-80-42114114 prior to the start of class.

No Shows: Failure to attend without written notice prior to the start date of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. HBFITES, at its own discretion may allow a no show student to re-sit another session of the same or lower priced course.

Promotional Discounts: Courses where a promotional discount applies must meet the following conditions at the time of registration as well as any other terms and conditions listed on the Special Offers page of this website in conjunction with the promotional offer.

  • All savings offers are non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts.
  • Promotional offers are restricted to availability and dates are listed with each offer on the Special Offers page of this website.
  • All purchases are final at the time of registration.
  • Payment in full must be received at time of registration to receive promotional discount.

Schedule: The normal class day begins at 9:30 a.m. and concludes at 5:30 p.m. each day. Some courses may have longer days (Example: Bootcamps, Fast Tack). These longer hours will be communicated via the registration email letter.

This job will have you consult and teach ethical hacking, forensics and other security classes. Being able to research and understanding of the latest hacking tools a must. Corporate Sales / Business Development Manager:

Position works closely with executive management to develop and implement new sales strategies, follow up on sales leads including phone calls, emails and written communications. Position is also responsible for client goodwill during in-house training classes and creating rapport with existing and potential clients. Excellent customer service is always a primary focus for position and general philosophy of corporate approach to clients.

The right candidate will have a minimum of two years in sales, with excellent phone and written communication skills. The individual should be comfortable working within and selling to individuals in high technology markets, although a technical background is not required. The right candidate will have the experience and ability to penetrate new accounts and conduct presentations to various levels within target organizations. Existing relationships with key accounts is highly desirable. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and consist of base pay and incentive compensation. JOB TITLE:  DIRECTOR OF CENTER OPERATIONS AND TRAINING    

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Center Operations and Training is responsible for leading a department which provides support to a worldwide franchise network regarding all aspects of the scheduling and delivery of IT training courses.   The department will also support other aspects of training center operations such as facilities management, hiring instructors, scheduling, implementation of testing facilities and monitoring quality of delivery.  This position would provide leadership for all four New Horizons delivery modalities:  instructor-led training, Mentored Learning, Online LIVE, and asynchronous Online Anytime training.  

This position will also provide a key leadership role providing on-boarding support and strategic direction for our Online LIVE (OLL) modality.  These responsibilities include management of OLL process flow, management of the OLL delivery platform and support of our Learning Management System and labs-on-demand environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

    * Manage and develop a training and operations team that provides support to our franchise network.  The Director and team would need TO provide knowledge and support in such areas as:
          o Creating training center schedules
          o Optimizing utilization of instructors, classrooms, computers, and other resources to deliver training.
          o Developing and recommending budgeting requirements for instructors and other resources required for training
          o Delivering customer onsites
          o Making recommendations regarding center facilities and build-out
    * Responsible for on-boarding and supporting training centers using our Learning Management System (LMS), Online LIVE on-boarding and support, Labs-on-demand (LOD) and Mentored Learning delivery infrastructure
    * Collaborates with the Director of Technology Services in setting priorities for upcoming projects

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

    * Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Education, Communications, or Social Sciences preferred.  Must have minimum of one (1) year of IT teaching experience.  Must have managed an operations and training department for a computer training company.  Minimum of three (3) years management experience strongly preferred.   Knowledge and experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) and distance learning software also preferred.   Software project management experience is a plus.

Required Skills:

    * Ability to identify business issues/requirements that arise from client interaction and to solve problems with many variables and unique situations.
    * Must possess excellent leadership abilities.
    * Project documentation skills required.  Project timeline and documentation samples may be required upon request.
